We have the assembly rooms in which are assembled mechanical and electromechanical modules of electron microscopes, vacuum technology, cryogenic and laboratory applications and other special equipment with high demands on cleanliness.
The assembly workplaces are equipped for mechanical modules with an electronic part, too. This includes simple assembled subsystems, (e.g. parts with installed components, such as Heli-Coil), as well as complex systems, which requires complicated settings, functional tests and measuring of vacuum tightness.
The assembly workplaces are equipped for assembly of mechanical modules also with the share of electronics. This includes simple assembled subsystems and demanding assemblies that require complex setup, functional tests and vacuum tightness measurements. Assembly is often combined with welding and soldering and subsequent surface finishing, such as polishing and wet painting.
