Quality of the supplied products and processes is the primary aspect for DI industrial. To reach quality stability and improvement of corporate process efficiency, the company was certified in accordance with ISO 9001 in 2016.
Ethnic Friendly Employer
In the role of an employer, DI industrial supports equal treatment and non-discrimination environment and relationships, which is also documented with the fact that the company was certified by the brand of Ethnic Friendly Employer in 2011.
This brand is managed by IQ Roma servis, o. s., Romea, o. s. and Charita Olomouc. This project significantly help spread awareness of the importance of equal opportunities and it also refers to the risk of prejudices against other ethnic groups.
In 2012, DI industrial joined the Green Company project and enables its employees to dispose of their old small electric appliances and batteries, which extends activities of the company within environmental protection.
The employees may simply put their old household electric appliances and batteries into the collecting box which is placed in the production shop.
The objective of the Green Company project is environmental protection provided through collecting and efficient recycling of unnecessary electric equipment. These contain much dangerous substance, such as mercury, lead, cadmium and bromine flame retardants, and also many recyclable and re-usable materials.
The initiator of the project is REMA Systém a.s., which provides organization of collecting, sorting, recycling and management of electric waste in the entire territory of the Czech Republic.
